Dear Neal:
I wanted to drop you this note to thank you for both an outstanding product (Music Vault Diamond) and incredible after-the-sale support. As you may remember, I first heard your product at a friend's home. We were (supposedly) comparing my Qsonix Music Server into a dCS Scarlatti DAC, against the entire dCS Scarlatti Stack and against the entire dCS Paganini Stack. The differences, quite frankly, were subtle at best. Unknown to me, my friend had borrowed a Diamond Music Vault from you and when he switched it into the system (it was done blind so I had no idea what was playing) the differences were huge. The soundstage got much larger and the spaces between the instruments was much better defined. There was more transparency to the presentation as each CD seemed to get closer to the original event. He kept switching (he was in another room) from my Qsonix to the two dCS Stacks and to the Music Vault and each time, the difference between the Music Vault and the other systems was very pronounced and obvious. Since the price of just the dCS transport was $33,000 and the price of the Music Vault was $3,300, that made the differences even more spectacular.

I wanted to have in my listening room the sound I heard in his, so ordered a Music Vault (Diamond) immediately and sold my Qsonix. More importantly, your cheerful assistance after the sale has been outstanding. You have helped me get my iPad (Monkey Tunes) connected, shown me how to operate Media Monkey, fixed some things that I screwed up (e.g. double loading of some music) and in general, have allowed me to come up to speed very quickly. And your service of ripping my CD's has allowed me to enjoy all of my music collection even sooner. The fact that you have the ability to connect to my Music Vault remotely certainly made your support that much more responsive. Your assistance and responsiveness when I have called was always a positive experience.

Musically, I cannot say enough good things about your product. I have owned a LOT of stereo components and with the exception of either new speakers and/or a new dedicated listening room, nothing has advance my listening pleasure to the extent of the Music Vault. Nothing. I have listened to more music in the last few months than I did in the previous six years. Everything about the listening experience is more enjoyable. Everything.
