Our Focus this year at RMAF was on
Room Correction.
If you were there you know that most of the
normal sized hotel rooms that were exhibiting
had mediocre to really bad sound.
The reason for the common bad sound of
course was the terrible acoustics of the hotel
room.
We were told over and over again we had one
of the best sounding rooms at the show.
Stereophile Blog on our Room

That's Steve Colburn
from Triad talking
about Lyngdorf's
Room Perfect
technology.
In the picture from right
to left is the Sound
Science Line Array
Dipole Speaker, the
unique Acoustic Line
Array Lens broadcasts
sound in a column that
grows in the direction
the speakers are
pointing until the sound
wave hits a physical
object. After hitting
something solid the
column of sound acts
like any other and is
absorbed or reflected
or both.
Next is the Microphone
that comes with all the
Lyngdorf Room Perfect
Options. Behind the
microphone is the
Lyngdorf BW-1
boundry woofer, put
this woofer agains the
wall for best results
and the DP-1 Dipole
front speakers. Notice
how close to the wall it
is.
Dr. Matt Cort explaining how the Lyngdorf TDAI 2200 works, fully digital Preamp with Analog
in, Electronic 2 way crossover network, Room Perfect Module and fully Digital 200 watt stereo
Power amp, all in one package. Underneath is the Lyngdorf CD-1 the TDA 2175 - 200 watt
stereo power amplifier and below that the Lyngdorf Millennium True digital Amplifier.
Steve is getting ready to show
everyone in the room why we were all
there by playing beautiful music.
That Oracle Turntable sounds even
better than it looks and it is sure
beautiful.
